Do you sell shoes online?

At SRI Shoe Warehouse, we believe that shopping in person is the best way to browse our extensive selection and ensure the proper fit. However, you may also shop online at www.srishoes.com.

Where are your retail stores located?

SRI Shoe Warehouse has store locations in Raleigh, NC, Reisterstown, MD, and Greensboro, NC. Click here for each store's address and hours of operation.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If you purchase in-store, we also accept Cash or Personal Check. Note: No refunds will be given on check purchases.

How is my order shipped?

We ship FedEx Smartpost or Ground on orders to the 48 states in the Continental United States and USPS Priority Mail for P.O. Box and Military APO/FPO addresses. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to International addresses as well as Hawaii and Alaska.

Where can I find the status of my order?

How do I change or cancel my order?

Should you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service department at (919) 954-0051 or contact us via e-mail here. Please be advised that some orders may ship shortly after the order is placed and it may not be possible to be changed or cancelled. Please contact us immediately should you need to change or cancel your order.

Do all of your stores carry the same shoes?

We offer a huge selection of shoes at all of our stores, however each location features local variations mixed into the inventory.

Is your merchandise current?

Yes, at SRI Shoe Warehouse, we carry current, in-season merchandise from hundreds of designer brands directly, with no middle man. This allows us to pass on significant savings to our customers.

How can I get a coupon from SRI for my next purchase?

We offer special deals and promotions to our Preferred Customers throughout the year. You can sign up for our Preferred Customer mailing list either online or in any of our retail stores to receive special promotions and coupons.

What is SRI's return policy?

SRI Shoe Warehouse allows returns on UNWORN merchandise within 7 days with a receipt on cash or credit card purchases. If returned after the 7 day grace period, a store credit will be issued within 30 days of the original purchase. Store credits do not expire. SRI Shoe Warehouse has a 30 day return period for online purchases on UNWORN merchandise. No refund or credit would be issued after 30 days of purchase. You can view our entire return policy here.

What sizes do you carry?

At SRI Shoe Warehouse, we carry Women's sizes 5 to 12 and Men's 8 to 15. We do offer a variety of Wide and Narrow width shoes. Many brands can be special ordered in a specific size if you need. Please see a store manager in-store to see if your size is available for special order.

Do you offer price match?

At SRI Shoe Warehouse, we carry merchandise from hundreds of designer brands directly, with no middle man. This allows us to pass on significant savings to our customers. We offer the lowest price possible to our customers and unfortunately are not able to price match.
