Shipping & Handling:
We process our online orders in our North Carolina Warehouse Monday-Friday. If you submit your online order before 12pm M-F we can ship it out same day!
We offer FREE Ground Shipping on all orders over $39.99 via FedEx and FedEx SmartPost.
Pick Up in Store:
If you live in the Raleigh or Baltimore areas and don’t want to wait for your shoes to ship to you, you can pick up your online order at our retail locations. Click here for locations.
Online: Didn’t love the shoes? Fit wasn’t quite right? We’ve got your back. If you aren’t 100% satisfied for any reason, we will happily take back the unworn shoes in their original box within 60 days of the original ship date. All shipments come with FedEx return label for an easy and seamless return. Don’t have a FedEx location near you? That’s ok too, you can call for FEDEX SmartPost package pick up. (through USPS)
In-store: If you have made a purchase with cash or credit card in one of our retail stores, you have 7 days to return your unworn merchandise for a refund with the original receipt given to you at the time of purchase.
If you wish to return past the 7 day refund period, we will issue you store credit for the cost of the unworn merchandise within 30 days of the purchase. You must have the original receipt given to you at the time of purchase. Please advise that no refund or store credit will be given past 30 days of the original purchase.
